About

Design and engineering aren't two jobs.

Most designers hand off to engineers. Most engineers hand off to designers. I do both — from UX research and Figma systems through to production-deployed code. Every project in this portfolio went through that full arc.

I have a B.S. in Computer Science from LSU with a minor in Digital Media Arts & Engineering, and a deep commitment to WCAG/ADA compliance — not as a requirement, but as a design standard. Tempo Trails, an accessibility-first rhythm game for children with autism, was usability tested with real users ages 5–8 and built around a "no failure states" principle from the first design decision.

As an independent design engineer, I run client projects end-to-end: UX research, AI-assisted design workflows, Figma systems, and production front-end code — alongside shipped work like StayFinder AI, NJEM, and Bubble Hero, which won 1st place for Best Overall Game at a Global Game Jam.

I'm targeting Design Engineer, UX Engineer, and Product Designer roles where design and implementation aren't two separate jobs — they're one. What motivates the work is building digital products that serve every member of a community equally, including the users most portfolios never think to test with.
